Jazz Walk Kickoff
The free community Jazz Walk kicks off across more than 20 downtown venues. Free trolley service runs 6:00pm–10:00pm between participating stops.

Jazz Walk continues across downtown Scranton. Free trolley service runs 6:00pm–10:00pm.
Dirty Dozen Brass Band
The legendary Dirty Dozen Brass Band brings their genre-defying blend of New Orleans brass, funk, bebop, and R&B to the Theater at North.
Jazz Train — Steamtown to Nay Aug Park
A one-day-only rail experience with Iron Horse Society & Steamtown. Mike Kuehn & The PA Jazz Society (featuring Drew Nugent and Johnny Peppers) play an acoustic set on banjo, trumpet, and bass saxophone as a vintage steam train runs from Steamtown to Nay Aug Park and back.

Jazz Brunch
Enjoy live jazz with brunch at participating downtown Scranton restaurants. Cost of brunch is paid directly to the restaurant.
SJF Big Band with Ron Carter
The SJF Big Band closes the 21st Annual Scranton Jazz Festival with a special performance featuring the legendary bassist Ron Carter.
Opening: PA Jazz Institute @ MU Student Ensemble
Students 6:00pm (Doors 5:00pm)The PA Jazz Institute @ MU Student Ensemble opens the evening, showcasing the next generation of jazz talent. Included with your SJF Big Band ticket — one ticket covers both performances.
